Homewood Memorial Gardens is the final resting place of John Miller, a foremost designer and builder of wooden roller coasters from 1874-1941 and Lester Wolf, radio's first martyr who was killed by accidental electrocution at age 19 while broadcasting from WOK in Homewood in 1926.
